LGHC Landscaping Pricing Guide At LGHC Landscaping, we provide complete landscaping and outdoor construction services. Every project is tailored to the property. Final pricing depends on site conditions, access, materials, hauling, and preparation required. This guide provides a general understanding of our pricing structure.
Small Cleanup Services Small cleanup projects start at $400 minimum. This includes basic cleanup and light labor. Hauling, dumping, and landfill fees are not included and are priced separately. Yard Clean Ups We provide full yard clean up services including removal of weeds, overgrowth, debris, and general property cleanup. Pricing depends on size, condition, access, and hauling requirements.

General Landscaping & Property Work Larger landscaping and cleanup projects typically range from $1,200–$1,500 per day, depending on scope, access, and labor requirements.
Bobcat / Equipment Services (Grading) Equipment work with operator starts at $1,500 per day. For smaller jobs requiring 1–2 hours, the minimum charge is $600. This includes: Grading Site leveling Dirt movement Hauling, dumping, and landfill fees are not included and are priced separately.

Excavation We provide excavation services for site preparation, structural work, and landscape development. Pricing depends on: Depth and size of excavation Soil conditions Access for equipment Hauling and disposal needs
Pool Demolition Pool demolition projects are priced based on size, structure, access, and disposal requirements. Permits and inspections may be required depending on city regulations.

Stump Removal We remove tree stumps to prepare areas for new landscaping or construction. Pricing depends on: Size of stump Root system Depth and location Access for equipment
Drainage We install drainage systems to help manage water flow and protect your property. This may include: Trenching Drain lines Surface and subsurface drainage Pricing depends on layout, slope, soil conditions, and connection points.

Irrigation / Drip Systems We install and repair irrigation and drip systems to properly distribute water throughout your landscape. This may include: New irrigation system installation Drip systems for plants and planters Repairs and adjustments to existing systems Pricing depends on layout, zones, water pressure, and system design.
Landscape Planning / Project Guidance We help plan and guide landscape projects based on your property layout and goals. Includes: Layout ideas Material recommendations Project direction For detailed planning, please refer to our consultation service below.

Rock, Mulch & Ground Cover Installation Rock, gravel, mulch, and similar materials are installed based on area size, depth, and site conditions. Standard installations are completed at a minimum depth of 2 inches.
Boulders & Tree / Palm Placement We install and place boulders, trees, and palm trees to enhance the structure and appearance of your landscape. This may include: Placement using equipment Positioning for design and stability Integration with existing landscape features Pricing depends on size, weight, access, equipment required, and placement conditions.

Grass / Sod We install sod and grass as part of landscape projects. Pricing depends on: Area size Ground preparation Irrigation needs
Pavers & Flagstone We install pavers and flagstone for walkways, patios, driveways, and outdoor living areas. Pricing depends on layout, base preparation, material selection, and site conditions.

Retaining Walls Retaining walls are priced based on length, height, and site conditions. We install retaining walls up to 3 feet in height. For walls exceeding 3 feet, a permit is required and must be obtained prior to installation.
Fencing We install standard residential fencing using wood and vinyl materials only. Backyard fencing: up to 6 feet in height Front yard fencing: up to 4 feet in height Fencing is installed for property separation, privacy, and protection. We do not offer custom fencing, which includes staining, painting, or specialty finishes.

Pergolas & Decks We install pergolas and decks in accordance with city requirements and permitted size limitations. Permits may be required depending on the project and must be approved prior to construction.
Low Voltage Lighting We install low voltage landscape lighting to enhance visibility, safety, and appearance of outdoor spaces. Pricing depends on layout, wiring, and fixture selection.

Concrete Installation Concrete work is priced based on: Demolition Base preparation Framing Reinforcement (rebar) Finish type Access and hauling Includes broom finish, stamped concrete, curbs, steps, and custom layouts.
Estimates & Consultations Free Estimate (Preliminary Pricing) Send photos and measurements to receive a general price range. This is a fast and convenient way to understand potential costs. On-Site Consultation – $100 Includes: Property walkthrough Measurements Layout marking (if needed) Design ideas and project direction Recommended for detailed or custom work.
